Your booking and contact details are securely stored through Reservio, our scheduling platform, which complies with GDPR and U.S. data protection standards.
We also retain invoices and service records for up to 5 years for tax and legal compliance.

4. Data Retention

• Customer records remain active for 24 months after your last visit. 
• Backups may be stored up to 90 days before permanent deletion. 
• You may request early deletion of your information anytime via email.
   

5. Liability & Customer Responsibility

• Peak Pulse Auto Care is not responsible for personal belongings left inside vehicles or for pre-existing damage. 
• Once a service is completed, we are not responsible for conditions beyond our control such as rain, dust, or re-soiling. Any post-service cleaning requests will be billed as a Maintenance Service Package at full price.
