These Terms & Conditions apply to detailing and related automotive appearance services provided by Peak Pulse Auto Care.
By booking, authorizing, or receiving a service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
1. SERVICES
Peak Pulse Auto Care provides professional automotive detailing and appearance-care services, which may include:
• Exterior detailing
• Interior detailing
• Paint enhancement
• Paint correction
• Ceramic coatings
• Vehicle protection services
• Other detailing-related services offered by Peak Pulse Auto Care
The specific work performed is determined by the service selected or otherwise agreed upon with the customer.
2. APPOINTMENTS
Services are provided by appointment.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, vehicle, and appointment information.
Appointment availability is not guaranteed until the appointment has been accepted or confirmed through Peak Pulse Auto Care's authorized booking or communication channels.
3. VEHICLE CONDITION
Customers should disclose known conditions that may affect the service before work begins.
These may include:
• Repainted or repaired panels
• Paint defects or previous paint correction
• Paint protection film (PPF)
• Ceramic coatings or other existing protection
• Body damage
• Loose or damaged trim
• Electrical or mechanical problems
• Water leaks
• Damaged interior materials
• Aftermarket modifications
• Other unusual or fragile components
Peak Pulse Auto Care may inspect and document the condition of a vehicle before, during, or after service.
Existing defects may become more noticeable after cleaning, polishing, correction, or other detailing procedures.
4. PERSONAL PROPERTY
Customers should remove valuables and unnecessary personal belongings from the vehicle before the appointment, including items from the passenger compartment, center console, door pockets, trunk, cargo area, and other storage compartments when those areas are included in the service.
Peak Pulse Auto Care is not responsible for personal property left inside a vehicle except to the extent required by applicable law.
Areas that cannot reasonably be accessed because of customer belongings may not be serviced completely.
5. ACCESS TO THE VEHICLE
The customer authorizes Peak Pulse Auto Care to access, start, reposition, and operate the vehicle as reasonably necessary to perform the authorized service.
The customer should advise Peak Pulse Auto Care of any unusual starting procedures, security systems, mechanical issues, or operating conditions before service begins.
6. SERVICE RESULTS
Detailing improves and preserves a vehicle's appearance, but results depend heavily on the vehicle's existing condition.
Factors affecting results may include:
• Age
• Mileage
• Previous repairs
• Paint thickness
• Paint type
• Previous polishing or correction
• Existing scratches or defects
• Staining
• Material deterioration
• Environmental exposure
• Previous chemicals or treatments
Peak Pulse Auto Care does not guarantee that every stain, scratch, odor, defect, water spot, oxidation mark, etching, or other imperfection can be completely removed.
7. PAINT CORRECTION
Paint correction is intended to improve paint clarity, gloss, and appearance by reducing defects that can be safely corrected.
Complete defect removal is not always possible or advisable.
Some defects may extend too deeply into the paint system to be safely removed.
Peak Pulse Auto Care reserves the right to preserve clear-coat integrity rather than pursue excessive correction solely to eliminate a defect.
Results vary according to the condition, history, thickness, hardness, and type of the vehicle's paint.
8. CERAMIC COATINGS AND PROTECTION PRODUCTS
Ceramic coatings and other protective products can improve gloss, chemical resistance, ease of maintenance, and hydrophobic behavior when properly maintained.
They do not make a vehicle immune to:
• Scratches
• Rock chips
• Impact damage
• Water spotting
• Chemical damage
• Environmental contamination
• Improper washing
• Neglect
• Physical abrasion
The expected performance and longevity of any protection product depend on the specific product applied, vehicle use, environmental exposure, preparation, maintenance, and aftercare.
Any product-specific warranty or stated durability applies only according to the conditions associated with that particular product or service.
9. AFTERCARE
Customers are responsible for following any aftercare instructions provided following a detailing, paint-correction, or protection service.
Failure to follow recommended washing, curing, maintenance, or care procedures may reduce the performance or longevity of the service.
10. INTERIOR DETAILING
Some stains, odors, discoloration, wear, dye transfer, biological contamination, deterioration, or permanent material damage may not be completely removable.
Cleaning may reveal pre-existing wear or damage that was previously obscured by dirt, oils, dressings, or contamination.
Peak Pulse Auto Care will use reasonable professional judgment when working with delicate or deteriorated materials.
11. SAFETY AND SERVICE LIMITATIONS
Peak Pulse Auto Care may refuse, suspend, modify, or discontinue work when a condition creates an unreasonable risk to the vehicle, customer, equipment, or person performing the service.
Examples may include hazardous materials, severe biological contamination, unsafe vehicle conditions, unstable components, or circumstances outside the reasonable scope of automotive detailing.
Any resulting pricing or scheduling implications will be communicated when reasonably possible.
12. WEATHER AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Certain detailing procedures and protection products require appropriate environmental conditions.
Peak Pulse Auto Care may modify or reschedule an appointment when weather, temperature, humidity, contamination, or another environmental condition could materially compromise service quality or safety.
13. PRICING
Current service information and pricing are published through Peak Pulse Auto Care's authorized channels, including:
peakpulseautocare.com
Pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, contamination, requested work, required labor, or optional services.
When the actual vehicle condition differs materially from the information provided when booking, Peak Pulse Auto Care may recommend additional work or revised pricing.
Additional work will not be performed merely because it is recommended; material changes to the agreed service should be authorized by the customer.
14. APPOINTMENT CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Customers should notify Peak Pulse Auto Care as soon as reasonably possible when an appointment must be changed or cancelled.
Any cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, booking, or no-show policy displayed during the booking process and accepted by the customer forms part of the applicable appointment terms.
15. PAYMENT
Payment is due according to the terms presented for the applicable service or booking.
Customers are responsible for charges associated with services they authorize.
Where deposits or advance payments apply, the applicable conditions will be disclosed during booking or before payment is accepted.
16. CUSTOMER AUTHORIZATION
The customer represents that they own the vehicle or have sufficient authority to authorize the requested work.
By authorizing service, the customer gives Peak Pulse Auto Care permission to perform the procedures reasonably associated with the selected service.
17. PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE
Peak Pulse Auto Care is not responsible for deterioration, failure, or damage that results from a pre-existing condition or defect except to the extent responsibility is imposed by applicable law.
Examples can include previously damaged paint, failing clear coat, loose trim, deteriorated plastics, cracked materials, defective electronics, previous repairs, aftermarket installations, and other compromised components.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived.
18. PHOTOGRAPHY AND DOCUMENTATION
Peak Pulse Auto Care may photograph or record vehicle condition and completed work for documentation, quality-control, business-record, or portfolio purposes.
Personal information will be handled according to the Peak Pulse Auto Care Privacy Policy.
Customers with concerns about identifiable vehicle photographs should communicate those concerns to Peak Pulse Auto Care.
19. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Certain products, booking systems, payment services, or other third-party platforms used in connection with Peak Pulse Auto Care may be subject to separate manufacturer or provider terms.
Peak Pulse Auto Care cannot modify warranties or obligations independently established by those third parties.
20. COMPLAINTS AND SERVICE CONCERNS
Customers should inspect the vehicle when reasonably possible following completion of the service and promptly communicate any concern.
Peak Pulse Auto Care should be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and evaluate a claimed service-related issue before another party performs corrective work.
Any remedy will depend on the circumstances, service performed, vehicle condition, and applicable law.
21. REFUNDS
Refunds, credits, corrections, or re-performance of services are governed by the applicable Peak Pulse Auto Care Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Peak Pulse Auto Care is responsible only for loss or damage for which it is legally responsible.
Peak Pulse Auto Care does not assume responsibility for normal wear, pre-existing conditions, inherent defects, manufacturer defects, undisclosed repairs or modifications, or events outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
23. WEBSITE INFORMATION
Peak Pulse Auto Care attempts to keep service descriptions, pricing, availability, and other website information accurate.
Information may be updated as services, products, operating conditions, or business policies change.
The terms specifically agreed upon for an accepted appointment control if they differ from general informational material on the website.
24. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal law.
25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Peak Pulse Auto Care may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically.
The current version will be published on our website with its applicable effective date.
Changes do not retroactively alter a completed transaction except where required by law or agreed upon by the parties.

A Higher Standard of Clean.
Effective Date: August 23, 2026
Peak Pulse Auto Care is committed to providing professional automotive detailing services and addressing legitimate service concerns fairly.
Because automotive detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and related services involve customized labor performed on a specific vehicle, completed services are generally not refundable. This policy explains how service concerns, cancellations, deposits, and other payments are handled.
1. COMPLETED SERVICES
Payments for completed detailing services are generally non-refundable once the authorized work has been performed.
Detailing results depend on numerous factors, including the vehicle's age, condition, previous repairs, paint condition, staining, material deterioration, environmental exposure, and other pre-existing conditions.
A customer's dissatisfaction does not automatically entitle the customer to a monetary refund when the authorized service was properly performed.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
2. SERVICE CONCERNS
Customer satisfaction is important to Peak Pulse Auto Care.
If you believe there is a problem with a completed service, contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the concern.
Please provide:
• Your name
• Vehicle information
• Date of service
• Description of the concern
• Photographs or other relevant information when appropriate
Peak Pulse Auto Care should be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle and evaluate the concern before another person or business performs corrective work.
When Peak Pulse Auto Care determines that a concern resulted from the service performed, an appropriate resolution may include:
• Correcting or re-performing the affected portion of the service
• Providing an appropriate service credit
• Providing another reasonable remedy based on the circumstances
• Issuing a partial or full refund when appropriate or required by applicable law
The appropriate resolution depends on the specific circumstances and nature of the concern.
3. VEHICLE CONDITION AFTER SERVICE
After a vehicle leaves Peak Pulse Auto Care, its condition may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:
• Rain
• Dust
• Road contamination
• Bird droppings
• Tree sap
• Hard water
• Environmental fallout
• Improper washing
• Physical contact or abrasion
• Other environmental or external conditions
New contamination or damage occurring after completion of the service does not constitute a defect in the original detailing service.
Additional cleaning or correction required because of subsequent exposure may require a new paid service.
4. PAINT CORRECTION
Paint correction is intended to safely improve paint clarity, gloss, and appearance.
It does not guarantee complete removal of every scratch, swirl, etching, water spot, oxidation mark, or other paint defect.
Some defects cannot safely be removed without compromising the vehicle's clear coat or paint system.
A defect that could not reasonably or safely be removed is not, by itself, grounds for a refund when the agreed paint-correction service was properly performed.
5. CERAMIC COATINGS AND PROTECTION SERVICES
Ceramic coatings and other protection products require appropriate preparation, curing, maintenance, and aftercare.
Their appearance, hydrophobic properties, durability, and overall performance may be affected by:
• Vehicle use
• Environmental exposure
• Washing methods
• Maintenance
• Chemical exposure
• Physical abrasion
• Water quality
• Failure to follow aftercare instructions
Ceramic coatings do not prevent all scratches, rock chips, water spots, contamination, or physical damage.
Product-specific durability statements or warranties are governed by the conditions applicable to the particular product and service purchased.
Claims involving a protection product may require inspection of the vehicle before a remedy can be determined.
6. DEPOSITS AND PREPAYMENTS
When a deposit or prepayment is required, the applicable cancellation, rescheduling, transfer, and refund conditions will be disclosed during booking or before payment is accepted.
Customers should notify Peak Pulse Auto Care as soon as reasonably possible when an appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled.
Any deposit or booking conditions accepted during the reservation process form part of the applicable appointment agreement.
7. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show conditions are governed by the policy presented when the appointment is booked.
Late cancellations or failure to appear for a confirmed appointment may result in the loss of an applicable deposit or other consequences disclosed during booking.
Peak Pulse Auto Care may make reasonable exceptions when circumstances warrant.
8. PREPAID SERVICES, PACKAGES AND GIFT CERTIFICATES
If Peak Pulse Auto Care offers prepaid services, packages, promotional credits, loyalty rewards, or gift certificates, any specific expiration, transfer, cancellation, or redemption conditions will be disclosed when they are offered or purchased.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, promotional credits and loyalty rewards have no cash value.
Any paid gift certificate or prepaid service remains subject to applicable consumer laws.
9. UNAUTHORIZED OR THIRD-PARTY CORRECTIVE WORK
Customers should contact Peak Pulse Auto Care before authorizing another detailer, repair facility, or third party to correct an alleged problem with a Peak Pulse Auto Care service.
Third-party work performed before Peak Pulse Auto Care has a reasonable opportunity to inspect the original concern may make it impossible to determine its cause or appropriate resolution.
This provision does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. REFUND METHOD
When Peak Pulse Auto Care approves a monetary refund, it will generally be returned through the original payment method when reasonably possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
11. POLICY ABUSE OR FRAUDULENT CLAIMS
Peak Pulse Auto Care reserves the right to investigate service or refund claims and may decline claims that are fraudulent, materially inaccurate, unrelated to the service performed, or otherwise unsupported by the circumstances.
Nothing in this provision limits rights available under applicable law.
12. RELATIONSHIP TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
This Return & Refund Policy should be read together with the Peak Pulse Auto Care Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
If a service-specific written agreement or product warranty contains additional conditions, those conditions may also apply.
13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Peak Pulse Auto Care may update this Return & Refund Policy as its services, booking procedures, products, or business practices change.
The current version will be published on our website with its applicable effective date.
Changes do not retroactively alter a completed transaction except where required by law or agreed upon by the parties.
