1. General Agreement


By booking or using any service provided by Peak Pulse Auto Care, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all appointments made online, through Reservio, or in person.
We may update these terms at any time, and the most recent version will always be available on our website.


2. Services


Peak Pulse Auto Care provides vehicle detailing, washing, and related appearance services.
All services are performed using professional-grade products and methods to ensure the highest quality and safety standards.
Service times, results, and pricing may vary depending on vehicle condition, size, and environmental factors.


3. Appointments & Cancellations


  • All appointments must be booked in advance.
  • To cancel or reschedule, notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit.
  • Late arrivals may cause shorter service times or rescheduling.
     

4. Payments


  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, ATH Móvil, Venmo, or PayPal.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes remain valid for 7 days.

Vehicle Size Surcharge:
Pricing listed applies to standard-size vehicles.
SUVs and pickups are subject to an additional $24 charge. Large SUVs or extended pickups (e.g., 3-row or 7-seater models) are subject to an additional $49 charge.


This adjustment reflects the extra time, labor, and materials required for larger vehicles.

5. Liability & Vehicle Condition


  • Customers must remove all personal belongings from their vehicles prior to service.
  • Peak Pulse Auto Care is not responsible for personal belongings left inside vehicles or for pre-existing damage.
  • If the vehicle becomes soiled, dirty, or rained on after service completion, this is considered beyond our control. Any re-cleaning will be treated and billed as a Maintenance Service Package at full price.
  • We are not liable for any mechanical, paint, or cosmetic issues that surface during or after service.
     

6. Promotions & Loyalty Programs


  • Discounts, gift cards, and punch-card programs are subject to verification. 
  • Promotions may be changed or discontinued at any time.
  • Free or promotional services cannot be combined with other offers.
     

7. Right to Refuse Service


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if:


  • The vehicle is excessively dirty or unsafe to handle. 
  • The customer behaves disrespectfully or violates these terms.
     

8. Gift Certificates & Prepaid Packages


  • Gift certificates and prepaid services are non-refundable but may be transferred.
  • Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced.
     

9. Privacy & Data


Customer data (name, contact info, vehicle info) is used solely for bookings, reminders, and service records.
We do not sell or share personal data. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.


10. Weather Disclaimer


Peak Pulse Auto Care operates outdoors and under changing conditions.
We cannot guarantee protection against rain, dust, or environmental exposure after service.
Any follow-up cleaning requested due to weather or new soiling will be billed as a separate Maintenance Service Package.


11. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and the United States.
Any dispute shall be handled within the courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Return and Refund Policy

1. General Policy


All services provided by Peak Pulse Auto Care are non-refundable once completed.
We stand behind the quality of our work and use professional-grade products and methods to achieve the best results possible.
Because detailing is a custom, labor-based service, refunds are not issued after the service has been performed.


2. Service Satisfaction


Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion.


We will review the concern and, at our discretion, may:


  • Offer a corrective re-clean of the affected area, or
  • Apply a credit toward a future appointment.
     

Any re-clean or adjustment must be approved and scheduled by management.
No corrections will be offered after 24 hours or once the vehicle has been exposed to weather, dirt, or external elements.


3. Deposits and Prepayments


  • Any deposit or prepayment made to hold an appointment is non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. 
  • Missed or same-day cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit.
     

4. Gift Certificates & Packages


  • Gift certificates, prepaid packages, and loyalty rewards hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • They may be transferred to another person but expire 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.
  • Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced.
     

5. Weather & Post-Service Conditions


Once service is completed, Peak Pulse Auto Care has no control over weather, dust, or environmental exposure.
If a vehicle becomes dirty, soiled, or rained on after leaving our care, this is not grounds for a refund or redo.
Any follow-up cleaning will be billed as a Maintenance Service Package at full price.


6. Products & Merchandise (If Applicable)


If Peak Pulse Auto Care sells products (such as detailing sprays or accessories), the following applies:


  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
     

7. Discretion & Enforcement


All refund or service adjustment decisions are made at the sole discretion of Peak Pulse Auto Care management.
We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not align with this policy.
